At Respair Therapy we believe that dance, movement and music can be powerful tools for personal growth and transformation, and are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for people of all ages and abilities to explore their inner selves and connect with others.

From Babe Club (a silent disco for parents and babies) to trauma-informed therapy in schools, we aim to provide a holistic approach to overall wellness and well-being for individuals and communities.

Respair founder, Debbie Sheringham is a skilled therapist and media producer with experience in NHS CAMHS and the BBC. She holds a Master's degree in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton and is a registered member of ADMP UK (an organisational member of the UKCP).
